Post acquisition integration is more important than ever today. You can't afford anything other than realizing the deals maximum intended value quickly. If your integration assessment score is less than 37 your organization may very well be prepared to successfully execute this acquisition integration.

If your integration assessment score is between 37 and 89 you may want to look into external support. You may or may not need it, but the discussions you will have about it will assist you in your readiness for a successful integration.

If your integration score is 90 or higher your organization likely needs help in order to successfully structure plans around the value drivers of the deal and execute them with a sense of urgency. Help may range anywhere from readiness assessment, resource capacity support, to full integration management in order to structure the process to make this deal successful.
